COLLECTOR CLUBS
The Aladdin Knights
The Aladdin Knights are a group of collectors and dealers dedicated to
the advancement of collecting and preserving Aladdin Mantel lamps and
memorabilia.
The Rushlight Club
The Rushlight Club was founded in 1932 in Boston. It is one of the oldest
organizations dedicated to the study of one phase of antiquity. From its
original handful of collectors and students of early lighting, the Club
has grown into an International organization of individual and museum
members.
The Historical Lighting
Society of Canada
Established in 1981, the HLSC currently draws on a membership of lighting
enthusiasts from across Canada, the United States, and abroad. Browse

The International Guild
of Lamp Researchers
The Guild is an informally organized group of like-minded internationally
based lampers. Membership is by invitation only for advanced researchers
and collectors with the propensity to share their knowledge. Everyone
at any level of liquid fuel lamping sophistication is welcome to browse,
to learn, and ask and answer questions. Among the site’s many features
are a Q&A page with a searchable archive and a multilingual Lamp Terms
Dictionary. Planned for the end of 2001 is a searchable database of US
lighting patent data.
